Technical Advantages

High reliability

Doubled sealed, cable entry non-wicking with oil ensures a long life. The solid shaft in stainless steel with double angular contact ball bearings avoids vibrations and offers a longer life to the pump. The broad surface of the suction side limits the blockage.

Simplified maintenance and service

By modular design and standardized spare parts. Lightweight, encapsulated motor and no external moving parts make installation easy and safe.

Extreme wear resistance

High chrome cast iron alloy impeller with hardness up to 60 RC. Adjustable wear parts covered by nitrile oil resistant rubber to ensure high performance and long life. For extreme conditions, polyurethane coating is also available for wearing parts. Klixon thermo-switches. Power disconnected at temperatures over 135°C. This ensures that overheating will be avoided.

High flexibility

The pump can work in horizontal, vertical or any alternative position to address the required task.

Corrosion resistance

The pump housing, the rotor shaft and screws can be manufactured in stainless steel. The moulded parts are manufactured in a light aluminium alloy with an external protector coating.

Easy service and maintenance
A common philosophy for the complete range, with a modular design and interchangeable parts. Easy access to separate sealed electrical junction box. Hydraulic wear parts easy to adjust or replace.

Environmentally friendly
The pump works with non-polluting white oil and uses non-toxic coatings.
