TECAMYSER HIDRA

Helical Wobble Pump

Technical Features

1

The wobble stator technology has an important operational advantage that minimizes maintenance:

  • The characteristic free stator design offers a lower resistance to the rotor´s eccentric movement than a moulded to metal stator at the same speed.
  • The starting torque of the pump remains practically the same even after the stator expansion due to the influence of the pumped product´s temperature.
  • The pumping pressure ensures the rotor/stator interference between the rotor and the stator. This aspect offers another friction speed concept.

2

Compact pumps: coupled to motor, hand-variator or gear reducer controlled by a frequency placed on terminal box. WIFI remote control with IP65 protection available.

3

Materials: GG25, stainless steel or bronze. Microcasting technology in the stainless steel version, allowing higher erosion resistance.

4

Self-priming.

5

Low and simple maintenance with only four wear parts: stator, rotor, coupling and mechanical seal.

6

By pass valve for recirculation set at a certain pressure in cast iron GG25 version and in bronze for marine applications.

Olive Oil Handling

Minimum Maintenance

This pump can run at 1,400 rpm and offers a minimum maintenance with its four simple wear parts.

The free stator design produces lower friction between stator and rotor and avoids stator shear from occurring. This technology with lower starting torque prevents the stator and rotor from getting blocked even after multiple starts and stops.

Wobble Stator Pumps available up to 14,000 l/h @ 1 bar.
